+ Which materials are used to make Rifò products?
We use upcycled cotton, cashmere wool, wool and polyethylene fibers to make our clothes. Each of our garments has its own composition that you can find in the product sheet. Our products respect both humans and the environment.
+ Who made your Rifò clothes?
- All our products are crafted in Prato, within a radius of 30 km (the radius of the textile district of Prato).
- Our winter accessories are packaged by Daniele and his talented artisans.
- Our sweaters are made in Quarrata by Lena and her husband, a historical knitwear factory of our territory.
- The blankets and shawls are made by Giovanni, Katiusha and their entire team, a tradition handed down from generation to generation.
- The t-shirts are made in Poggio a Caiano by Andrea, who has been doing Jersey for a lifetime, his passion forever.
+ How to wash Rifò products?
A washing advice is provided on the label of the composition of each of our items.
We encourage you to wash them at low temperatures (maximum 30 degrees), in a short cycle and to dry clothes in the open air.

Shipments and returns
+ How long does it take to ship the Rifò products?
Your order is registered in our software as soon as the payment is made. At the same moment it is sent to our customer service team that prepares it. Delivery times vary from 2 up to 3 working days from the date of shipment of the order.
+ Is it possible to have gift-packages?
+ Can I track my order?
You will receive a personalized e-mail when the goods are shipped. Inside it you will find a code that you can enter in the portal of the courier chosen for the delivery of the package. This will allow you to follow it untill it will get to you.
+ What happens if I am not at home at the moment of delivery?
You will be notified by the courier service about the day and time of the new delivery. If you are not present at the moment, you can ask to have it deposited with a business partner near you.
+ Where do you ship?
Everywhere in the world!
+ How does your returns policy work?
Unworn and unwashed clothing and accessories can be returned within 14 days after the delivery for an exchange, a discount coupon or a refund. In case of pre-sale orders, these only be exchanged but not refund.
In case of exchange
To change a product you have purchased with one of a different size or with another product in stock, the shipping costs are charged to the customer while the costs of the new shipment are borne by Rifò.
In the event of a refund
To return a product and get a refund, the shipping costs are charged to the customer.
Once the return procedure has started, you will have 10 days to send us the goods to us. Write us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
+ Am I obliged to make an account rifò to make the order?
No, it’s not an obligation – but still recommended. In fact, it will allow you to find your order story faster, change your addresses and track your package online. If you wish to create your account after placing an order, do not hesitate to send us an email at email@example.com.
+ How can I change my order or shipping address?
Once the order has been validated, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, as far as possible, Rifò team is here to help! Please contact customer service at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
+ Where I can find Rifò products in shops?
Rifò products are now available in around 100 stores in Italy, Canada, Japan, France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Ireland. Write us at email@example.com to find out where your nearest store is.
+ I am a boutique; do you sell wholesale?
Yes, of course! There are no minimum quantities and we do both planned and ready. You can write to firstname.lastname@example.org to request more information.
+ Is it possible to buy in your shop in piazza Ciardi 23 in Prato?
Yes, absolutely, our shop in Prato is called Agorà and you can find there all our available products. You can take advantage of a 10% discount if you reach it by bicycle.
- From Monday to Friday: 10 am-7pm
- Saturday: 3pm-7pm
- Sunday: closed except December
Are there group discounts?
Sharing our values is worth it! Organize yourself with friends, relatives, neighbours, colleagues to save money and reduce your transport footprint! You can take advantage of the favourable conditions for group purchases and / or purchases over a certain threshold. They are valid for orders placed through our e-commerce with shipping to a single recipient.
On purchases made online that exceed a certain amount, we offer:
- 15% discount for orders of € 500 or more *
- 20% discount for orders of 1000 euros or more *
The benefit is valid only for online purchases made and concluded through our shop.
Shipping costs to a single recipient are included.
The discount is open to everyone:
- Individual buyers who reach the minimum order threshold;
- Formal and informal solidarity buying groups, associations;
- Groups of people, colleagues, acquaintances, neighbours or friends who want to enjoy the concessions reserved for collective purchases.

+ What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and even American Express. You can also finalize your order with Paypal or bank transfer.
+ How long does it take for my order to be charged?
Once the order has been placed, you will usually be charged in 24h-48h after the order.
